Welcome to ACS Fitness, one of the services provided by ACS MAGFA, martial arts, games and fitness academy.

We offer a range of exercise and fitness related classes and offer these at our own Luton based studio, or arranged Bootcamps.

We can offer sessions for individuals, families, youth and social groups or just about any other permutation or group exercise classes.

We've even supplied sessions to schools in the Herts and Beds are and as far away as Kent! We're all inclusive although currently we can only offer small groups in keeping with current COVID social distancing legislation.

 

Boxercise

The World's leading Boxing Fitness brand! Created in 1992, Boxercise uses basic boxing skills aligned with exercise routines designed to tone, improve fitness and assist with weight loss programmes.

Boxercise is fun, all inclisive provides a great stress busting workout and a host of other health benefits not just fitness!

Inspired by the glitz, glamour, tongue in cheek humour and energy of Bollywood movies ACS Dance Fitness classes featuring, Just Jhoom!, provide high energy workouts that are fun and challenging.

They'll even give your eyes a good workout with all those over-the-top eyebrow scrunches and fluttering lashes and, it goes without saying, that all that Just Jhoom! arm flailing, is just great for your bingo wings.
